No, I am not in network with any insurance companies. However, I am happy to provide you with a monthly statement that you can submit for reimbursement if your plan has out of network reimbursement.
This depends on your insurance plan. The best way to find out is to call your insurance policy directly, and ask them what they reimburse for out of network mental health providers.
I offer a few sliding scale spots in my practice. Feel free to reach out and see if any are available at the time you're booking your appointment.
I require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to give me 24 hours notice will result in a charge of the full fee of your session. Please ask therapist more on this when booking your first appointment.
I am providing Telehealth via Zoom or by phone. The only caveat is, I cannot provide Telehealth if you are not currently located in the state of California.
